An employee for Time Warner Cable since 2005, Chris serves as Senior Director Edge Critical Infrastructure (CI) for Time Warner Cable. Chris has extensive experience in design, implementation and management of critical facilities ranging from data centers to hub sites. Chris and his team are responsible for strategy, planning, engineering and operations of 1100+ headends and hub sites across the TWC national footprint focusing on providing uninterrupted customer services, high availability operations and optimized efficiencies. With a background in Computer Science and extensive experience in both Systems Operations and Critical Infrastructure, Chris is a subject matter expert for TWC CI monitoring efforts and a leader in the organizations efforts to drive the future of Critical Infrastructure management for the Cable Telecommunications industry.
Chris graduated Cum Laude from Oswego State University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Chris was awarded the Obele Van Dyk Outstanding Computer Science Senior Award in his final year.
