Jeff is the Director of Data Center Research for C&W’s Global Data Center Advisory Group. Based in Portland, Oregon, he brings more than ten years of U.S. and international economic and real estate market analysis, consulting and institutional investment research experience to his role. Jeff’s broad experience encompasses investor and occupier/leasing research pertaining to all four major capital markets quadrants, all major property types and all major U.S. markets.
In his current role, he leads a dedicated research team applying institutional real estate analysis to support client data center decision-making. Responsibilities include trend analysis, supply and demand forecasting and developing topical research relevant to the data center industry, as well as maintaining a proprietary research database of global data center markets across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Jeff also provides topical and strategic research support for both internal and external clients at the local, regional and global level and contributes to the firm's broader research and capital markets research initiatives.
Prior to re-joining C&W, he was Vice President of Markets and Capital Markets Research for the U.S. arm of global real estate firm DTZ. In that role, he monitored economic and multi-sector market conditions and publishing quarterly briefs on leasing and investment market trends and presented in-house research views and topical papers for distribution to clients. Jeff holds a B.A. degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
