Anna Maria Bailey is the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s Computation Directorate Facility Manager supporting the Advanced System Simulation Computing (ASC) initiatives. Anna Maria has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and is currently registered with the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as an Electrical Engineer. Anna Maria is responsible for managing the facilities and infrastructure that house the Laboratory's high performance computing support and supercomputing systems. She has over 23 years of experience in multiple engineering and facility management roles, including serving as the Design and Construction Manager for the Terascale Simulation Facility at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
