TJ Kniveton is Vice President of Infrastructure Strategy at Salesforce.com, where he is transforming network and server infrastructure practices. Prior to joining Salesforce, TJ was Vice President of Global Infrastructure & Operations at Turn, the leading independent AdTech platform. Turn serves hundreds of millions of unique users and processes over 140 billion transactions per day, allowing marketers to reach their audiences with the right message, in the right format, at the right time with the best cost. Turn’s SaaS solution allows planning and visualization of these data using large-scale Hadoop-based analytics. Prior to Turn, TJ led Nokia’s global Network Engineering & Operations team, delivering customer-facing production network services worldwide to billions of customers. He also spent six years in Nokia Research Center developing, standardizing, implementing and patenting network protocols and security systems. TJ holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
