Alan is the Managing Director for Project Management Critical Environments. He serves as a technical consultant and resource to project teams engaged in critical facilities projects, including data centers, call centers, network operations centers, and other mission critical sites. He also serves as executive oversight for large critical facilities work in local markets and on dedicated accounts.

Alan has a degree in Architecture, and is an experienced executive with leadership and management skills in design, construction, and real estate consulting, with a focus on complex mission critical projects. He, is also a sought-after writer and speaker. He has spoken at highly recognized professional organizations, and has appeared in Crain’s Business Journal, The New York Times, The New York Post, The Real Deal, Metro News, and Fox news. He has written regular blogs for the Huffington Post and the Financial Times.

Prior to joining CBRE, Alan was Executive Vice President for a data center developer, and Managing Director for national Project Management accounts at a commercial real estate firm. He has also served as a Principal at a large design/build firm that specialized in data center projects.
